Chevington Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinarian (DVM or equivalent) to join our team in Pickerington, OH. We are a small animal clinic and offer a comprehensive range of veterinary services, including diagnostics, treatments, surgeries, and preventative care.

About Us: Chevington Animal Hospital was founded in 1989 by William P. Young, DVM. Since that time, we have served Pickerington and the surrounding area to keep pets healthy and happy! Our staff strives to work with clients to keep their pets healthy, while answering all our clients' questions. We are a full s:rvice veterinary clinic for dogs and cats. We are passionate about our service towards clients and their pets. Our mission is to educate our clients so they can make informed decisions about their pet's healthcare.

Services available include diagnostic imaging via digital x-ray and ultrasound; preventative care with routine vaccinations and appointments; and surgical set up for feline laser declaws, spays and neuters, advanced soft tissue surgeries, and other laser surgeries; we also have a number of in-house lab work capabilities including fecal, routine lab work, cortisol's, and T4s.

. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution.
. Current state veterinary license (or willing to obtain).
. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to animal care.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
. Ability to work required scheduled hours each week (hours may include 1-2 morning hours on
Saturdays with a rotating schedule).
. All applicants accepted, but preference is given for those with increased surgical experience
(esp. abdominal surgeries, and internal medicine

Chevington Animal Hospital is a full service companion animal practice for dogs and cats. CAH was established in 1989 in Pickerington, Ohio. Today, CAH is a large modern facility with over eight thousand square feet divided between the veterinary hospital and a dedicated boarding and grooming practice. We have two full time veterinarians and are looking for a PT/FT vet to add to the team.
