Externship
Our externship program runs throughout the year, excluding June 1st through June 15th, with on-site housing provided. Externships begin on Mondays and are available for a minimum of five days to a maximum of three weeks. Our program is very rigorous, you will see and participate in many interesting cases which will give you a sense of what to expect as an intern in private practice. Externs are expected to assist doctors and technicians with the daily operations of our hospital, including placing catheters, giving medication, observing outpatient appointments, and scrubbing in to elective and emergency surgeries.
